Who is James Rubinowitz?
James Rubinowitz is the founder and CEO of Execute, which builds intelligent automation that lets law firms run the repetitive work of litigation autonomously while the attorney reviews and approves. He is also a New York plaintiffs trial lawyer and the Managing Partner of Rubinowitz Law Firm P.C. in Manhattan, where he practices personal injury litigation.
He is an Adjunct Professor of AI and Litigation at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a guest lecturer in Cardozo's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. He has taught attending physicians at Columbia Presbyterian, Vanderbilt, and UC Irvine on avoiding malpractice exposure when using AI, and he programs continuing legal education on AI and litigation with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
His commentary on AI and the law has appeared in Bloomberg Law, Axios, Reuters, Business Insider, the Los Angeles Times, the Daily Journal, GB News, and LiveNOW from FOX. He writes The Fine Print on Substack.
He was admitted to the New York bar in 2018, earned his J.D. at Brooklyn Law School, and studied forensic psychology at Emory University, where he was a research assistant in its cognitive psychology lab.
